神經細胞內的α-突觸核蛋白內含物是巴金森氏症(Parkinson’s disease, PD)的特徵之一,並稱之為路易氏體(Lewy bodies)。α-突觸核蛋白第129個胺基酸-絲胺酸(S129)的磷酸化,會提高α-突觸核蛋白的聚集性、毒性、蛋白質交互作用與代謝。因此S129能顯示巴金森氏症的致病機轉。1, 2
“磁量”磷酸化α-突觸核蛋白品管液做為“磁量”磷酸化α-突觸核蛋白免疫磁減量檢測試劑(MF-PS1-0060)的品管材料。其檢測原理為當磁珠表面的磷酸化α-突觸核蛋白抗體與磷酸化α-突觸核蛋白結合後,磁珠會聚集成較大的分子,使磁珠在外加磁場下產生的磁減量 (χac) 減少。而透過磁減量的變化量,可以簡單、精確地測得磷酸化α-突觸核蛋白的濃度。3
