MagQu makes ultra-sensitive detections of biomolecules or chemicals very easy.
To achieve an ultra-high sensitivity for detections on biomolecules or chemicals with aids of magnetic nanoparticles coated with antibodies, MagQu has developed a high-Tc SQUID-based XacPro system (XacPro-S) to quantitatively measure the concentration of to-be-detected bio-molecules or chemicals. SQUID is an abbreviation of superconducting quantum interference device, which is the most sensitive sensor for magnetic signals.
XacPro-S consists of two units: sample unit and sensing unit. To-be-detected sample is sitting in the sample unit, while SQUID is posited in the sensing unit. A flux-transfer coil is used to connect these two units for transferring magnetic signals from sample to SQUID.
XacPro-S is capable of quantitatively detecting the ultra-low concentration of bio-targets with aids of regents with adequate bio-functionalized magnetic beads. Worthy noting, the detections are featured with being highly specific.
For example, the sensitivity in assaying human prostaglandin E1 (PGE1, MW = 354Da) is 10-3 pg/ml. And the sensitivity for Human coagulation factor IX is 1 pg/ml, and is also 1 pg/ml for H5N1 virus.
In order to promote the applications of such ultra-sensitive detection, we would like to serve you with detection services, especially for ultra-low-concentration molecules.
