The Mager is designed for rapid, simple conjugation with biomolecules onto magnetic beads. Mager provides you with well-dispersed Fe3O4 beads with diameter around 50 nm, as well as biotinylation kit. The Fe3O4 beads are functionalized with streptavidin. Via streptavidin-biotin interaction, oligonucleotide, protein, enzyme and antibody can be easily conjugated with Fe3O4 magnetic beads for molecular and biological applications.
